Repairs

What the report finds, fixed in the order you choose

Every repair starts with a written quote. You say yes to the ones you want, and the rest stay in the report for later.

  • Dead, loose or warm outlets and switches

  • GFCI and AFCI protection where it is missing

  • Flickering lights, ceiling fans and fixtures

  • Breakers that trip, found and fixed at the circuit

  • New smoke and CO alarms, priced by the alarm

About repairs

Repair questions

What does a repair cost?

It depends on the fix. The quote lists parts, labor and any permit, and it is written before we start. Plan members have the visit fee waived on repair calls.

Will you fix something not in the report?

Yes, if you ask. We quote it the same way.

Can I get a repair without a plan?

Yes. A plan moves you up the booking line and waives the visit fee, but we take repair calls from anyone in our area.

Something in the report to fix?

Send us the report and tell us which findings to quote.
