This page says what we collect when you use this site, why, and who sees it. Pilot Light Electric is the business that runs the site.

What we collect

When you send the booking form we receive your name, phone number, street and ZIP, and anything you write. Email is optional. If you text or call us, we see your number and what you tell us.

What we do with it

We use it to book your visit, write your report and send your renewal reminder. We keep your reports on file so next year's visit can start where this one ended. We don't sell your details.

Who sees it

Our office and the electrician who visits. A service we use to send email or texts may handle your message on our behalf.

Your choices

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by calling or emailing us. We'll answer within a reasonable time.
