Each plan is for one year, charged once. A plan is a service plan, not insurance and not a warranty. Repairs are quoted in writing before any work starts. Cancel any time before renewal by phone, text or email; we send a reminder 30 days before each renewal.

Plan questions
The plan is for the house on the booking. If you move inside our area, we can switch it to the new address once the new house has had its first visit.
Yes. Give us the tenant's name and a number to book the visit, and the report goes to you.
Tell us the size when you book and we'll say which plan fits. Houses over 4,000 square feet are quoted by hand.
The plan renews on its date unless you cancel. If you can't be home for a visit, we move it, and your year runs from the day of the visit.
The electrician who did the visit writes it and sends it. Questions go to the same person.
